Steven H. Rosen

Steven H. Rosen is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Resilience Capital Partners, where he currently serves as Chairman. He is also the Chairman of Azurite Management LLC, a private investment firm focused primarily on publicly traded U.S. companies, and Gammite Ventures, a venture capital firm specializing in growth opportunities.

An alumnus of the University of Maryland, Steven earned his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

In addition to his private equity and investment roles, Steven serves on the Boards of several public companies, including Park-Ohio Holdings Corp., Crawford United Corporation, and AmFin Financial Corporation. He is also a Board Member for 17 years of FlexJet, Strategic Advisor to AGBO Studios, a global entertainment and gaming company; Co-Chairman of Sheffield United Football Club; and Chairman of PropSure Insurance Company, a property and casualty insurer.

As an inventor, Steven has been granted 16 patents by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
